Based on these technologies, Sublue has developed a range of consumer products focused on fun water experiences.

What is a DPV or Underwater Scooter?

A DPV (Diver Propulsion Vehicle), also known as an underwater scooter, is a battery-powered device equipped with one or more motors and propellers that pull divers through the water. There is a wide variety of scooters available, with prices ranging from several hundred to thousands of dollars, catering to both professional divers and recreational activities.

What makes the Mix different from other underwater scooters?

The Mix is the world’s smallest purpose-built DPV. Its dual propellers with integrated motors provide speed, agility, and fun. The lithium-ion battery is FAA-compliant for carry-on luggage, making the Whiteshark Mix the ideal travel companion for divers, snorkelers, and water enthusiasts.

Where can I buy Sublue products?

Sublue products are available from various online and in-store retailers, as well as directly from sublue.com. If your favorite retailer doesn’t carry Sublue, feel free to request it!

What certifications does Sublue hold for its products?

Sublue adheres to strict quality guidelines and meets or exceeds all local protocols for testing and certifications, including FCC, UL, CE, and RoHS standards.

Does my device come with a warranty?

Yes! Sublue products come with a 1-year warranty on devices and a 6-month warranty on the motion system (motor, electric speed controller, propeller, and bearings) and batteries, unless otherwise stated.

What is your return policy?

You can return or exchange your device within 30 days of the original transaction, provided you have proof of purchase. All returns over $300 will incur a 15% restocking fee.

Can I return my purchase to an authorized retailer?

No. At this time, all purchases made through the sublue.com website must be returned by mail.

Can I purchase an extended warranty?

Yes, you can. Please contact customer service for details.
