We ship to the continental United States and Germany, Italy, Spain, and do not currently ship to the following U.S. territories or states, including: Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

In addition, we do not ship to PO Box addresses. If you are unsure whether we service your address, please contact customer service.

Sublue is not responsible for any international duties and taxes on your order. All charges during shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

FAQ
1. I ordered multiple items. Will they be delivered at the same time?

We will try to make sure that all your items are delivered at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together because different shipping methods are available. You will receive a shipping notification email after the item is shipped.

2. Can I change the shipping address after the package is shipped?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment after the product is on the way. If you want to change the delivery address before shipment, please contact Sublue support team support.us@sublue.com

Note: If the customer provides an incorrect address and the package is lost or cannot be found, the customer shall bear the loss. WeCreat will not replace the order or refund.

Any delivery date provided by Aiper is an estimate.
