We ship to the continental United States, as well as Germany, Italy, and Spain. We currently do not ship to the following U.S. territories or states: Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Additionally, we do not ship to PO Box addresses. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your address, please contact our customer service team.

U.S. Shipping Costs and Delivery Times:

  • Free shipping on all orders over $499.00.
  • For orders under $499, a shipping fee of $15.99 will be applied.
  • Delivery time: 3-7 business days.

Germany, Italy, Spain Shipping Costs and Delivery Times:

  • Free shipping on all orders over €499.00.
  • For orders under €499, a shipping fee of €20.99 will be applied.
  • Delivery time: 3-7 business days.

Sublue is not responsible for any international duties and taxes on your order. All charges during shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • 3-5 business days in the United States.

To ensure the fastest delivery times, we partner with multiple carriers, including USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx.

Shipping Instructions:

Please ensure the correct name, address, and contact information are included in your order to guarantee smooth delivery.

Inspect your package upon receipt. If the package is damaged or deformed, do not sign for or open it. In such cases, please contact the Sublue Support Team at support.us@sublue.com.

FAQ:

1. I ordered multiple items. Will they be delivered at the same time?

We will make every effort to ensure all your items are delivered together. However, some products may ship separately due to different shipping methods. You will receive a shipping notification email once each item is shipped.

2. Can I change the shipping address after the package has been shipped?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the address once the product is in transit. If you need to update the delivery address before shipment, please contact the Sublue Support Team at support.us@sublue.com.

Note: If the customer provides an incorrect address and the package is lost or cannot be delivered, the customer will bear the loss. Sublue will not replace the order or issue a refund.

Package Tracking:

Any delivery date provided by Sublue is an estimate.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number. You can also use this link (https://www.17track.net/en) to enter your tracking number and view the shipping status of your order.
