If you apply for the main body replacement service, you need to send the faulty body back. If you can’t send the faulty body back, the replacement service will not available to be used.
SUBLUE Care can’t be purchased repeatedly, each SUBLUE product only can be bound to SUBLUE Care ONCE. After using the service provided by SUBLUE Care, if the serial number of the product is changed, the provided product will automatically bind to the original product's SUBLUE Care, and the original service and warranty period continues. Therefore, the original unit will no longer under SUBLUE Care.
Please do not re-purchase SUBLUE Care for the replacement unit.
