1-Year Limited Warranty Policy

Sublue offers a 1-year warranty for this device from the original date of purchase, covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

How to Claim Warranty: If you believe your device is defective (for example, if it is unable to turn on), please reach out to our customer service team at support.us@sublue.com. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product. We will guide you through the next steps.

Please Note:

  • Service Fees: In certain regions, a service fee of up to 20% of the order price may apply for warranty claims. Please contact customer service for specific details.
  • Evidence: Warranty claims must be supported by reasonable evidence that the issue occurred within the warranty period. Please keep your original purchase receipt and the product’s serial number to validate your warranty.
  • Replacement Products: If a product is replaced under warranty, the replacement item does not renew the 1-year warranty period.

Exclusions and Limitations:

  1. Wear and Tear: Cosmetic changes, such as scratches or scuffs, due to regular wear and tear, or damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect, are not covered under the warranty.
  2. Improper Use: The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use (e.g., breaking or mishandling).
  3. Unauthorized Repairs: Any attempt to open, disassemble, or repair the device or its accessories by anyone other than an authorized technician will void the warranty.
  4. Warranty Coverage: This warranty applies only to defects arising from normal use and does not cover damage due to improper handling or use.

Returns and Exchanges:

  • Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, we are happy to assist with a replacement or exchange.
  • Quality Issues: If the product has a quality issue, we will provide a replacement, but we do not offer refunds unless required by law.
